Food is my passion - my love for it is multifaceted. I grew up in a family full of farmers and gardeners who are also excellent scratch cooks with access to a wide variety of fresh ingredients. This informal education enabled me to feel right at home in the world of farm to table fine dining.
While working as a professional catering chef I was diagnosed with eight food allergies which broadened my scope to gluten-free (and at the time, vegan) foods. I love cooking and using food as medicine.
